Through a matrix relationship, I led a small, high-impact team to deliver key talent initiatives across the Americas footprint., consisting of 23 manufacturing plants and Goodyear’s Chemical Division, an additional 4 plants in the United States. As a Human Resources leader with 20 years of experience, I specialize in talent development, learning strategies, and succession planning. Selected role achievements:
Designed, implemented, and led a best-in-class talent and succession planning process across a 27-plant footprint for 2250 salary associates. Spearheaded a shift toward transparent career conversations, driving actionable strategies to elevate talent to the next level. Developed a dynamic, evergreen process that continuously evolves to meet organizational needs and enhance workforce development.
Created competency framework including success profile, playbook, and development program for front line leaders through interviews and job shadowing.
Collaborated and influenced cross functionally and across footprint to implement 70/20/10 development solutions for associates in critical roles.
Led engagement survey efforts for Americas manufacturing resulting in an 18% increase in non-wired participation and 34% increase in wired associate participation in 2024.
Partnered with Purdue Global to provide a global degree approach for associates to get their degrees with cost friendly options.
Led technical workshops designed to improve the technical skills of specialists in the Americas.

Learning & Development
I have a history of success in designing and delivering eLearning programs and instructor led training using adult learning theories and proven design frameworks. I engage stakeholders to meet the needs of the business, and metrics to measure the success. Some highlights throughout my 20-year career include:
Creating the first ever on-demand eLearning for a bank located in 5 states, with over 350 locations.
Managing and executing a NOCHE Best Large Internship winning summer intern program, resulting in 40% of interns being hired full-time.
Creating an associate development program based on the needs analysis of the business and stakeholder input.
Marketing Communications
I started my career in law firm marketing before getting my Masters and switching to Human Resources. While in marketing communications roles, I got an education in event planning, media buying, website management and HTML, writing newsletters and press releases and managing RFP responses. It was at my first firm that I discovered a passion for developing and delivering training material.
